A Peek Inside Our Art Trolley
Arts and crafts are great for supporting development in young children. They help with fine motor skills, problem solving, language skills and creativity which is so important when raising independent thinkers.
Some people give their children access to art supplies straight from the beginning, I liked my beautifully painted walls a little too much to risk it. We probably could have introduced the art trolley when she was 3, but I didn’t manage to get it together until she was 4. I wish I had done it earlier though because it has brought so much independent creating.
