Children’s experiences during their first five years have been shown to have a significant impact on their ability to learn and succeed in school and later in life. Through our members' resources you can always stay one step ahead and find easy ways to support your child through their development and growth.

Observing your little one’s development through your considered gaze has made me realise how many small developments I missed in my daughter, by only looking out for the big milestones that we tend to train to focus on!

Do you currently feel:

  • Like everywhere you look there are only bright coloured plastic toys?

  • The number of toy options out there are overwhelming?

  • That you want to support the development of your child but aren’t sure how?

  • Anxious that your child isn’t hitting the milestones you see plastered all over the internet?

Introducing the Directory

Our toy and activity recommendations follow the different stages of a child's development - these include toys that are focused on developing specific skills, as well as ones that are open-ended and can be used through many stages of development. Through play, children develop problem-solving skills, fine and gross motor skills, imagination and creativity, language and observation skills, and strengthen memory and concentration. By exposing them to different types of play, you can rest assured that your children are developing and reaching the big and the small milestones all in their own time.

Everything is shared in a way that feels applicable to real life. I’ve found so many wonderful brands and shops through you. And some great ideas and tips on other situations too!

Meet Sharon

I have never been very good with children and I will never be the ‘fun’ parent. When my daughter was born I was told that as she grew I would evolve as well. But before I knew it I found myself face to face with a toddler and I didn’t know what to do with her. Out of desperation, I started looking for ways to keep her engaged and stimulated through play. I discovered that toys didn’t have to be bright coloured and plastic, so I embarked on a mission to find the most beautiful toys that could also provide my daughter with opportunities to develop and grow. As I began to share our journey on social media I found that so many parents were looking for the same thing. This is why I wanted to create a resource for parents like me to help navigate the world of learning through play.
